Acrylic Painting

Inspired art is an artistic message that is felt on an intrinsic level. The urge to imbue a work with emotions provides viewers with a glimpse into the artist’s very essence and soul.

I use a technique similar to pointillism in my paintings, a technique also known as Chronoluminarism. I mainly use horizontal brushstrokes. I have adopted iridescent acrylic paint with a touch of resin as my medium of choice. The lustre of this medium also allows one to witness the transformation of colours as they are exposed to different types of light. Through the use of resin, matte acrylic paints and iridescent acrylic paints, I like to highlight a certain part of the canvas to reinforce the message I want to get across.
